Cost-plus or fixed price
Nearly all our work is cost plus with a thorough estimate.(see our cost-plus video)
We are also happy to give a fixed price quote as well(usually slightly higher, but guaranteed)
Our Team
As the owner I will be directing every Job in coordination with our foremen, and am hands on with every project.
Every member of our team is hired by personal character reference. They are Honest, reliable and skilled.
We have experienced foremen, who are always on site for the entire duration of your project.
Project Management
We don’t say “it’s not my job”. When we are on site, we look out for the builder and/or homeowner’s best interest in every way possible.

We have the capability and equipment to accommodate any size project. From fixes and upgrades to your vacation home, Large or small remodel, to the largest custom new build.
Clean and safe worksite

Transparent Monthly billing
- We provide a monthly invoice with hours separated for every team member
- We keep detailed hourly logs for every team member
